Poly is a private personal assistant operated by Sebastian Sogamoso, available through Slack and hosted on a privately operated Mac mini. It is not a public signup service.

What Poly does

Poly helps organize information, prepare email drafts, plan schedules, and work with documents across the owner’s personal and authorized work accounts.

Google connections

With account authorization, Poly is intended to use Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Personal and work authorizations remain separate. Google API access has been tested; integration into the assistant is still being completed.

Email sending requires explicit approval for the specific message. Calendar invitation replies and proposed reschedules, and Drive deletions and comments, also require approval before Poly performs them.

Relevant information may be processed by external AI and memory services when those features are enabled. Read the privacy policy for details about data access, processing, storage, and deletion.
